There are a lot of 3d animation program that you can just play around. But looking for the best would be like choosing a good car that would fit for your daily needs. Yes that’s it! Every software has its own strength and weakness in which you need to know and to master as well. With 3d software you would have a hell much of fun for animating is fun! There are hundreds of videos on YouTube about college students making their own videos, but the catch is that these people eat animation for breakfast, lunch and dinner! If you are just an aspiring animator then you need to spend more time in front of your computer than you normally would.
For animation is a fun process in which you would have everything on your head but you would start to complain about the days having shorter hours. I am not an animator but I do some pretty hefty photoshop edits, even photoshop can take so much time of the day I would mostly rage on why there is only 24hrs per day. I just can see on what animators can say about that, cool animations that really make a difference has hundreds of hours behind it. Imagine movies made out of pure animation! You would have years of process in which they would make the movie.
Not to mention a hundred animators doing different levels of animation! The thing about animation is that it is the thing of the future! You would see animations from movies to advertisements! Animation is everywhere! Just imagine you would turn on the television, for the hundreds of advertisements you see every day each and single one of those has somewhat entered an animation software. In which animators would enhance everything so that it would be a much cooler thing to look at. Let’s be honest here, human beings are very visual creatures in which we depend on our view of sight very much.
This view of sight that I am talking about is what makes us strive more on the visual effects we can create! From movies to television ads, everything! This is also the reason in which why people go to school to learn animation. There’s big money with animation and you can surely make good money even as a freelance animator as well. The world needs a lot of animators, every movie and game today is getting closer to reality. Reality that’s made up of pixels that are so small we really can mistake them for a real human being! If you want to learn animation, better take your time. Animation isn’t a skill that you can learn overnight, good luck!
